We had the opportunity to work on the D.R. Horton Regional Office, a 35,000-square-foot facility located in St. Johns, Florida. The project involved extensive new roofing and masonry repairs to restore the building’s integrity and enhance its overall appearance. With a total construction cost of $280,000, the renovation was completed in July 2014.
Another notable project was the Hydrodyne Office & Hydraulic Repair facility in Jacksonville. This project required us to implement masonry and brickwork for the office and hydraulic repair areas, covering a total of 35,000 square feet. Completed in January 2013, this project was delivered on time and within budget, at a total construction cost of $26,822.
