Job Overview

ACC is hiring a Field Superintendent to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and field crews
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
• Track project progress and report updates to management
• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues
• Ensure compliance with schedules and project plans

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction field supervision
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
