Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Job Overview

Atlantic Coast Contractors (ACC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Communicate project progress with clients and stakeholders
  • Review contracts, drawings, and change orders

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
