Elite-Stor Western Way

Elite-Stor purchased the 70,000 square foot distribution warehouse to be converted into climate-controlled storage facility. The leaking roof was replaced, and the interior demolition was completed to prepare for the construction phase.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkling, and Structural issues were completed during the construction phase as well as the construction of a drive-through feature in order to prepare for the assembly of the individual Storage Units. Painting, Fencing, and Finishing has produced a very desirable storage facility in the Baymeadows area with great visibility from I-95.

With over 300 climate-controlled storage units as well as 11 oversized storage units in the rear that open to the outside of the building, the facility offers excellent security, and gated access for Southside customers with easy access to I-95, Southside Boulevard, and Baymeadows Road.
